Introduction:
What is Globalization?Nowadays, globalization has become an important issue, which draws general concern of the international community. The effect of globalisation is all-pervasive. For example, international political, economic, scientific, technological and cultural exchanges. Does it bring advantages or disadvantages to the world has become a hot focus. Supporters contend that the globalization has a positive effects, and far outweigh the disadvantages .On the other hand, critics think . “While strong economic growth has made most people better off in absolute terms, globalization is often blamed for the widening gap between rich and poor.”[1]（IMF, 2007）.In this essay , I will observe on the positive and negative of globalization in different areas, such as international trade, environmental pollution and then I will discuss the benefits to my subject area--- management.

1.Globalization makes it possible to carry out international trade between different countries, by which they can reasonably make use of resources and exert their competitive advantage. Therefore overall resource and benefits can be maximized from global point of view.a. domestic market vs. global market, competitive advantages.b.. locations of raw material, final product and market are more close and easily transported between each other.

3.As one of negative consequences of modern booming industry, environmental pollution is becoming another globally bothersome issue. To deal with it, collective efforts and cooperation between countries are called for.

4.Good translational corporations have upper-level management ways, which are widely used in the world. We should continue to actively and effectively use foreign capital, emphasize bringing in advanced technologies, modern managerial expertise and specialists, and support multiple forms of cooperation .

Conclusion:Globalization has become a development tendency in the whole world .The harmful impacts of globalization should be solved by all nations By working together, we can make use of globalization to serve people better.
